Hello, I brought a new HP Deskjet GT 5820 printer, test page I printed is not showing the Magenta color, all color inktanks have been filled to optimum levels, tried using HP Print & Scan doctor to test the issue with printer but in vain it shows no problems, can somebody help to resolve the issue in getting the Magenta color printed.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Unplug the power cord from the power source. Wait 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer. NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
